Asset Finance Valuation for Established UK Port

Brief

While Hickman Shearer were working with a specialist asset finance advisor, the need for a valuation was identified. This was required for lending purposes for an established UK port.

Work

The scope of work included detailed asset verification of the mobile and static materials handling assets. This was performed by the team alongside, detailed market research. The latter enabled a complete view on the value of all of the equipment.

Outcome

As a result of the work, the valuation enabled the client to arrange suitable asset finance.
