Tim Howard ASA (MT&S) MRICS

Tim Howard is the Managing Director of Hickman Shearer and brings nearly 20 years of specialist expertise in asset valuation, management, and sales. A fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)and an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Tim is also a RICS Registered Valuer.

Before joining Hickman Shearer, Tim led the tangible asset valuation team at Deloitte LLP in London, delivering complex, high-value valuations across the UK and Canada. His cross-sector experience spans energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology, among others.

Known for his strategic thinking and technical depth, Tim supports clients in making confident, informed decisions around asset performance, reporting, and disposal.
