Promotions and Team Strategy Day in Brockenhurst

June Highlights: Strategy and Team Building.
June was an exciting month for our team, marked by two significant celebrations. The first event brought everyone together for a multi-day series of strategy sessions, where we focused on refining our goals and shaping the future of the business. These sessions included hands-on workshops, discussions on financial performance, and strategic planning for FY23. A key topic was how to further integrate technology into our operations, exploring innovative ways to improve efficiency and drive growth.
After the intensive strategy discussions, we took a well-deserved break with some fresh air and sunshine in the beautiful New Forest. The team enjoyed a bike ride through scenic trails, heading to the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The day was topped off with a team dinner in Lymington, giving us the perfect opportunity to relax, bond, and recharge after the productive sessions.
