Tim Campbell from Campbells Consultancy will kick off the event with his expertise in helping light and heavy commercial vehicle fleets transition from diesel to electric and hydrogen fuel cells. Tim will provide global insights on how to evaluate and make the shift to electric, a crucial step towards achieving zero emissions.
Next, James Wallace from Elysia Battery Intelligence from WAE Technologies will share how advanced battery software can provide OEMs, fleet operators, and financiers with critical insights to enhance battery life, performance, and safety. This software aims to extend battery lifespan, improve charging speeds, increase power and range, and offer greater accuracy for residual value calculations—all vital to supporting new battery financing models.
Tim Chapman from Hickman Shearer will close the session by addressing the risks of stranded assets and how to mitigate their financial impact through asset management. He will also discuss the importance of adopting a circular economy approach in used equipment sales to optimize profitability and sustainability.
