POWER GENERATION ASSETS
- Valuation of multiple Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) and peak power stations across the UK for tax and financial reporting purposes, including the valuation and disposal of a 45MW peak power plant and Fiddler’s Ferry Power Station.
- Provided valuation services for diesel generator sets connected to the UK grid and for clients such as Sembcorp and Power Electrics.
ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE & PIPELINES
- Delivered IFRS-compliant valuations for UK gas pipeline providers and Fulcrum gas pipelines.
- Undertook the Regulatory Asset Base valuation of South Africa’s entire energy generation and distribution network (2020–2021).
- Supported the Southern Africa Power Company in an advisory capacity for IFRS reporting.
INTERNATIONAL UTILITIES & INDUSTRY
- Conducted valuations of a Dutch-based power generation plant manufacturer and major assets at the Port of Los Angeles terminal.
Valued the seven key commercial ports of South Africa for financial reporting purposes. - Carried out valuations of large-scale infrastructure including oil sands construction companies in Alberta, Canada, and a gold mine in Nevada, USA.
