Françoise is a Director at Hickman Shearer, with over 7 years of experience in asset valuation, management and sales. She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appriasers (ASA). Since joining Hickman Shearer in 2018, Francoise has been instrumental in leading valuation projects, providing strategic insights, and driving business growth.

Prior to joining Hickman Shearer, she worked as a Tax Analyst at Ernst & Young – GDS, India, where she honed her analytical skills in financial assessments. Her experience spans across valuations for financial reporting, purchase price allocation, insurance purposes, and asset based lending across the UK, Africa, USA, and the Far East. With a strong foundation in business strategy and valuation methodologies, Françoise delivers exceptional results in high-stakes financial assessments.
